Izzo's in Bossier has really gone downhill. We went there for lunch and they were completely out of chicken. At 12:00pm. And the lettuce was brown and rotten. The staff is completely disorganized and obviously there are management issues. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. We will not be returning. This place used to be awesome......
I've been eating here every week for the last two years and never had a bad experience. Street Taco combo is extremely reasonable and you can make whatever tacos you are feeling like that day. Sauces/salsa is on point, everything is grill in store. Great staff as well!
The guy with dreads changed his gloves for me because I am a vegetarian. He was awesome! Right after we ordered the had a team or group of some sort come in....they did great handling the crowd!!!! Will be back everytime we come to Bossier from Monroe..
Izzo's is an Awesome place to have lunch or dinner. The Gen. Manager an other staff are very welcoming an happy. They made sure everyone enjoyed their meals an was satisfied before leaving. Atmosphere is inviting an they also have 4 TV's for game nights. Thank u Mr. Nick an Ms. Ashlynn, I will return.
Fantastic service and huge servings! Plus they have bottled beer. Great stop for a quick meal! They have regular burritos with lots of meat or veggie options, burritos-in-a-bowl (no tortilla), nachos, and more!
Dining room was filthy, as in every single table was covered with remnants of cheese, lettuce, etc. Only two families seated and no line, four employees present and not doing a thing to clean the place up. Trash cans overflowing. The food was good but was spoiled by the environment.
Great food. Great service. But employees need training on how to wrap burrito with foil so it doesnt come apart and you are left with a fallen apart birrito in a plastic bag.
