It is what it is. If it was a five star hotel, all the kids would want to stay here.

Its solitary confinement. It's not just for any kid. Be careful when making the decision to send your child to this place. They won't help kids. They treat the child like a criminal they dont offer them help with homework, or any questions they have. The workers are slum and that's how they run the facility. It's dangerous, juveniles will start fights with others for no reason. It's sad there. This is the truth. These teen need better authority, some one to be understanding and helpful.

Unfortunately the only holding facility for juvenile status offenders (truancy, ungovernable, runaways). Staff is generally overworked, and the facility is not secure by design (they aren't allowed to lock the doors!) At-risk teenagers frequently run away from the facility, running to hide in the nearby neighborhood, stores, and school right across the street. Not a safe solution to juvenile status offenses.
