My experience at this place was horrible. The manager is a joke... I can't even see how this idiot has the title of manager. I tried to bring up an issue to him and he was too busy with his clique playing video poker. This Rodeway Inn was also terribly maintained. It seemed like the staff was either drunk or high all the time. I paid to be at this trash bin for a month, then right in the middle of my stay, they started talking about canceling the breakfasts in the morning but I don't know if they did that or not since I got out of there quickly as I could. I ended up leaving two weeks earlier and forfeiting two weeks of rental just because this place sucked so much. If your looking for a place to stay in Bossier, definitely look somewhere else. It would serve Bossier City better if they just demolished this place and used it as a trash dump... this would even suite the employees better since they should be working at a trash dump other than what is supposed to be a hotel. This place doesn't even deserve one star, I wish Google's rating system would go lower than that. Thanks for reading, hopefully I gave you some insight.

NEVER NEVER STAY HERE NEVER WITH KIDS \u003e\u003e\u003eFirst we get there and its hot in the lobby .. then we get the room and it was not even ready so went back up front and all so there are no maps to get around hotel its crazy. So they give us new room and we get in there and it was ok till ya take off your shoes and the floor was all wet causes of the AC .. So we try for 3rd room and we have a 1 year old with us so when i go up to see room the AC was falling apart so i get manger and show him and right when i torched it it feel off and all he did was put bk on and i asked him if we could get money back after three rooms and he said yes so went to do that after they charged my card twice and i had to call the bank to talk to him to give money bk right then .. Then the next day they was trying to take more money out my bank NEVER NEVER NEVER stay here
I was booked by my company To stay there for a week. Worst experience of my life. I requested a non-smoking room, yet the room smelled straight up like smoke. The room was dingy with stains all over the walls. The carpet was torn apart along with uneven and stained floors that smelled like pee. The staff wasn't friendly or helpful and the cleaning was terrible. They had not vacuumed the floor the entire time, it was still the same dirty floor that I had when I arrived. My door wasn't properly hinged so all through the night I could here the loud noises and voices from the hallway. The bathroom had stains that were either blood or rust around the tub, on the floor, and on the sink counter. I didn't care to check. I was thrilled when my week was up. Please take the advice of the reviews. This place should be closed down.
HORRIBLE!!!! How this place is assess fair or two stars is beyond me! Booked room online...totally misleading!!!! Booked non smoking, yet room smelled like a smoke factory!!!!! Eyes burned from the room!!!! Horrible!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!
This place is disgusting! !!Got our room an even to open door to walking area to room smelled awful.Got to room an it was horrible even bath tub was sticky.Never go there yuck!! Roaches everywhere, I don't understand how they are in business. When we seen room we went an looked for another hotel, Shreveport was all booked up everywhere due to a baseball game took a hour in a half to find another room an thank god a whole lot better than this awful place.Asked for a refund on room they said no you been here a hour but wasn't there was off looking for another room.O didn't argue I just wanted the he'll away from there.So they made money off us that night.2 rooms paid for an not used.Take everyones advice an never go here
I've had no problems its an affordable hotel with a great pool. Nice rooms.
The sign outside says 210 for 7 days.... Yet they charged me 238?? I guess the extra 28 bucks was for tax.?.?.? Other then the missleading price its a decent hotel. Its beat up a little bit. They do have a small pool.
Disgusting. Cockroaches. No toilet paper. Stained carpet. Don't let the nice lobby fool you. Not worth the 30/night expedia price. Supposed to be here for 4 nights and I'm going somewhere else and saying goodbye to my money before I even get into the bed.
