Been going here for over 6 years and wont go anywhere else, unless I move. Mike and his team are excellent instructors and provide a professional and relaxed environment throughout all their classes, from kids to adults. Best Jiu Jitsu and self defense training you will find in the area!
I’m not sure where to begin, but if you’re looking to change and improve your life, this is the place to go. This martial arts school is well suited for all ages. Everyone from pre-school aged children, to senior citizens train here. But it’s not the building or the equipment, but the people. The lead instructor, Mike Braswell is a unique individual, who combines excellent teaching skills, with great charisma and outstanding character. He is a veteran martial artist, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Professor, phenomenal coach, personal train and friend. Is my review biased? Absolutely. If you’ve trained here, then you would understand why.
