We recently visited the area and as usual, had more stuff than we came with and had to ship some stuff back since it wouldn't fit in the new suitcase (just adding to my collection) we had to purchase for other stuff we bought. The owner personally packed our stuff and was fantastic about it. Every aspect of our packaging and shipping of our stuff was fantastic. Great job to the entire staff.

This is a very efficient and well run and very organized store. The owner is wonderful and always willing to help. The staff are very well trained and very polite and curtious. We have been using them for years and I have always gotten great service and met with a smile.

There's a sign posted that employees are wearing masks for our safety. We wear masks. Why is it ok for a young employee to have her mask under her chin and the older one to have her mask under her nose? That's Not Wearing a Mask! Those people Are Not concerned about our safety. They are SELFISH!

Great service by the personnel in the store, but single mistake gave me a lot of problems. I told the person that it was my first time sending a package. The person didn’t specify that the package was going to be sent with USPS; I thought it was going to be sent with UPS services because I was in the UPS Store. To where a sent the package, the physical address for UPS delivery is not the same as the mailing address; so the person never receive my package. I though it was weird that my package didn’t arrive, so I decided to contact UPS to know where was my package. That led to my having a really bad day, because the person that answer the phone treated me really bad, rising his voice just because my tracking number, which was something that I learned at that moment. I finally receive back the package, but I don’t even know if I have to pay again to try to re-send it , which I hope I don’t have to repay for it.
