This walmart on Airline Dr is the wirst Walmart on this area by far. There are all these workers alwats appear to be stocking shelves yet there is Never anything fully stocked. They are too busy on their phones or talking ti each other.That nit counting this bad weather ir the virus lock diwn. Its just every dsy. If theres one thing i need i can bet they wont have it and the people supposed ti be customer service is a joke

The pickup tower service is awful. I left after waiting nearly 20 minutes for an associate. I'll go back TOMORROW to see if they actually have my order ready (which will have been placed nearly 48 hours later).

I went in to exchange a phone my step mother purchased for a better phone. The lady in that department was extremely rude and had attitude right from the time we approached the counter. I contacted a member of management and they quelled the situation. Thumbs up for the manager that helped us. But thumbs down to the extremely vocal and rude employee.
