Great job powdercoating my wheels, not a great job putting them back on my car. I got my car back and it drove with a strange noise. Come to find out they didn't put my tires on correctly and my front two were coming off! Next problem occurred when the son was fixing part of what he wrapped by my window and he for some reason decided to cut the vinyl and have it sitting on the edge of my roof by my back door. Doing so he ripped off my clear coat and now I have to come up with a couple thousand dollars just to get his mistake corrected. Money I do not have thanks to COVID. The embarrassing part is that I drive my car to 90% of the major dealerships in Shreveport Bossier and when salesmen etc ask me what happened to my paint I make sure to say Witts Powdercoating did it. I definitely over paid for poor work.

Would not recommend using this shop. I brought around 20 sets of 1940 antique door hinges to be sand blasted and powder coated. After a 1.5 week late delivery, they lost nearly every single one of my door pins which are larger than standard door pins used in today's doors. These pins are m7X80 which is a very difficult bolt/pin to find in the USA. I payed 160 for the sand blasting job which was cheap. To buy the pins oversees is 200. I'm now faced with the decision to pay 200 and wait 1 month for the pins to be delivered.... or just scrap the antique hinges and buy larger hinges from Lowes/Home Depot to match the existing mortises on my doors. The customer service of Witt's Powder Coating is relatively non-existent. Our discussions consisted of constant denial that they even saw door pins to begin with... This is funny as they actually did return 1 door pin, but the other 19 are missing. They are a powder coating shop, but be careful that you even get your items returned.... At the end of the day - I'll be down 500 and hours of frustration just for door hinges! Thanks Witt's!
