Quick and efficient. The staff was incredibly kind and made testing for my 4 year old super easy for him. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of medical workers! Thank you all for being there on a Sunday and making my LO feel comfortable!

From the moment I arrived to the facility the staff was on too of making sure I had what I needed and ensured my safety. The triage nurse was amazingly caring and nurturing. The doctor. Well let’s just say she’s the best hands down. She was so empathetic when she had to give me the results of my test and for that I am grateful. She also ensured I had several plans available to help me when I was discharged. Thanks WK Bossier Quick Care.

I arrived as soon as they opened 7:00 am. Was finally called to the back about 20 minutes later. The nurse who took my blood pressure took another 40 minutes to take my temp blood pressure and ask questions. Finally able to go into room. At 8:05 still not seen by doctor. So I got up and left. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS QUICK CARE AGAIN IT SURE WAS NOT QUICK. Employees to busy talking about personal life to help patient.

Other than the wait from 1130 am to 4 pm. The service was very good. I understand why the long wait, everyone wanted to get tested and they only have 6 machines to run the tests on. And when you have that many people coming in to get tested it just takes time. But definitely appreciate the hard work these nurses and doctors are doing!!

The wait time was awful. Even when we got in a room we still had to wait forever. Total time there was a little more than 3 hours. Would’ve had quicker care at the ER.
