My husband and I greatly enjoyed working with Jeannie of Ramirez & Kain, LLC. Jeannie was super responsive, from the moment we reached out asking for help prepping us and accompanying us to our USCIC appointment to remove the conditions on my husband's green card. Even with the appointment scheduled for 6:45am! Jeannie was very professional but also very friendly and spoke openly and frankly with us, which put us at ease. When I was petitioning for my wife’s greencard, we came to Ramirez & Kain after a bad experience at a different firm. Our case was a little complicated. Jeannie Kain grasped all the nuisances and explained exactly what we needed to do and why. She answered all our questions patiently when we met in person and responded quickly by email. When it came time to submit documents to USCIS, she was careful and thorough. When a new executive order came down, she told us how it would impact our case. Once we got an interview, she prepared us for it. This was a confusing and scary time for my wife and me. Jeannie was encouraging, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. It was a great relief to work with someone who knew our case and the law so well and who took the time to make sure we understood what was going on. My wife got her greencard.
