If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I booked a year in advance for Boston Marathon accommodations. First, I was charged TWICE for the same room (six months between charges). Then, they processed the return wrong, so I had to call my credit card company to get the full amount back. THEN... My room was cancelled, and I found out the DAY BEFORE I was due to arrive. Now dealing with the credit card company again to get my money back. Completely incompetent, disgustingly unprofessional. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! Booked a vacation on March 13, 2018, for Labor Day 2018. I got canceled by them in August 2018 ( 8 days before our stay) and still have not received a refund and it's almost November 2018. They charged my card again for the same charges with no authorization!!! SCAMMERS
