I was in Boston last week and ventured into this store. It was so cool! I made a "name frame" for each daughter. I decided to ship the frames home, but was a bit nervous about it. I'm in a different city, made an investment in two pieces of framed art and trusted a company that I had no history with. The BGIE team shipped the frames the same day and I received them two days after returning home. We opened the box and one made it unharmed, but the other was damaged. The glass shattered in shipping, cutting both the mat and one picture. I immediately emailed the company, and within 24 hours I had received a call from the President. He offered to completely replace the product on his dime, even though he had no control over what happened during shipping! I have already received confirmation that the new piece has shipped. This was one of the best examples of great customer service that I have seen in a long time! Thanks for creating a great customer experience for me.
