Our training opportunities have the potential to change their lives and their loved ones lives; through the power of yoga, fitness and massage. This opportunity for women in these areas, has the potential to revolutionize their livelihood by giving them not only the training, but the tools to create a sustainable career for themselves. The money we raise is used to fund traveling to each country and the costs involved with offering such training; including meals, workbooks, manuals, and business cards to grow their brand. You can help by giving a donation, sponsoring a woman, sponsoring a city to help more women in a specific area, and finally volunteering.
