My application has been in since May 2020 without any updates. I sent at least 5 emails with zero response and no one picks up the phone. Oh, they took my money upfront, of course. They were difficult to deal with even before and the outbreak made it impossible. No accountability at all.

To echo other reviews, the response time is abhorrently slow. I submitted a CPA renewal application and followed up after a couple weeks since I hadn't heard back- I spoke with someone on a Friday who said they would let me know the status of my application by \Monday at the latest.\ Four months, dozens of missed phone calls, and multiple emails later, I still haven't heard back. This office is truly pathetic.

Terribly unresponsive and not at all timely. For a board that certifies people whose jobs demand timeliness and accuracy that seems kind of sad. They don't answer the phones or respond to messages or emails.

I am having the same experience. i even sent a certified, return receipt letter and didn't get a response. I wonder if anyone works there. Any advise on how I can get to a person? They don't answer the phone, respond to mail or emails.
