I’d be doing a great disservice if I didn’t compliment the absolute top-class poll workers at the early voting location within city hall. They were beyond courteous, moved everyone along quickly and efficiently, and made sure everyone understood what to do 100% correctly. Go Vote!

I was honored in December 2019 before the coronavirus hit to have an interview done at City Hall at one of their homeless get together breakfast get together for the public meetings! And that interview resulted in having my story in the March 20/20 Boston seniority magazine! I'm very honored and very flattered to be a part of that! My story is on page seven! I Highly respect Mayor Walsh and his staff and employees! They are a hard-working crew! And I have nothing but good things to say about them! I've been here in Boston now over 4 years and it's been one experience after another! A lot to write about! I didn't feel that was a very good picture I could have taken a better one! My hair is longer than that now October 2020!

Went to vote early. The line was long but moved at a steady pace. Very organized for the size of the turn-out.

I've seen more city halls than eaten human hearts and this has to be the Ugliest City hall in either the USA or Uganda.

Yes we are in a pandemic, I understand that this makes everything more difficult. BUT, public service should at the very least focus on communicating clearly to the population in these difficult times. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone from the Boston City Hall. They do not seem to know how to setup an automated voice mail. I have been trying to call several times a day all week. I just get to a 'busy' ring tone which eventually leads to a Verizon automated message saying this number cannot be reached ( I am calling the number they put up on their website). However once you call outside business hours, you do get to an answering machine, but at this point it's too late. Email forms to the parking clerk are not answered. In person appointment are all booked through mid November. How does one get to speak to someone, when you just moved to Boston and need a resident parking permit?? Terrible experience.

Great experience. It was Boston's Winter fest when we went and they had great displays but everything was very pricey. Was just fun to walk around.

Maquire and Devon at the parking clerk are crooks- everyone there is incompetent- dedicated to stealing the hard-working public’s money
