I had an unexpected job offer and had to move very sudden. My friend had heard about Boston Concierge Storage so I thought why not give it a chance. Best decision I could have made at that time. They answered all my questions and were so professional with everything from the start to end. I was able to get all the moving supplies (boxes and tape etc.) needed through them as well. Once everything was packed up, we scheduled a day for them to bring it over to the storage. They showed up on time and took care of everything for me that otherwise would have been a hassle to figure out on my own. Overall, this experience was such an easy process and I cannot recommend them more!

“The best service” are not enough words to describe this. I called in last minute, late at night and the service I got was the best thing in this world. Truly the best experience moving out of my dorm in just one day. He helped me in matter of an hour to get everything ready and shipped to the storage. I just called and he helped me, he came to my apartment took my boxes and took them to the storage unit. Get this service, I ONE THOUSAND PERCENT recommend it. You wont regret it.

I called the day before, and even with the short notice, they performed amazing! 3 people came to help me and disassembled my bed, desk, and sofa!
