As pandemic Hotels go the Copley Marriott is doing a better job than most. I appreciate the fact that they area still providing breakfast and go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It's centrally located and offers a quick walk to where you need to go. I'll be back.

Large no-special Marriott hotel with no differentiation from other hotels in their chain. My room was large with a desk, and an office chair. Small fabric sofa and a footstool next to a comfortable large bed. The room seemed dusty and the bathroom was clean with a shower over the bath. The views were great. No room service at the moment and there were amenities such as shampoo and soap but no sleepers or bathrobe. I had a good night sleep as the bed and linen were great but the air conditioning was noisy. Internet working on and off.
Very nice hotel. But be very careful with charges. This place changes extra for everything. Parking is 42 dollars per night, and no elevator access for the Parking garage, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs three flights at most. The elevator is there but not usable by guests probably cost extra to use it. Internet is about 12 dollars a day wifi or plug in included pics of internet pricing.
Really nice staff! A few things are closed off because of covid but most is open. The elevator system is tricky at first but you catch on and after that it is very simple.
Rooms: 1/5. Visited during Christmas 2020. Booked room for 3 people. The room was extremely dusty and suffocating. Opposite to the bed was a huge window with a view which was blocked by a huge piece of furniture. The room made no sense. You just run your hand on the bed and you will see dust particles. Requested a better room and staff without even hearing our issue gave us the exact same room on a different floor. We reached out to them again and were told this was the “biggest” room they have. Extremely hard to believe in a huge name brand hotel this was the biggest room they had. And the hotel was empty with barely any people. I was there for 3 days. Definitely never coming back to this property. Location: 5/5 Right on Huntington Ave, Opposite to Prudential center and walking distance to all popular locations ( Northeastern, Museum of Fine Art, Copley square, Boston Commons etc)
We had a great stay at this hotel, the reception lady who checked us in was great and recommended so many places for us to go it was awesome. We liked the secure door on the front and the location was great right in the heart of everything but on a semi quiet street, room was well laid out, clean and just felt nice compared to other places they really focused on the details especially loved the bath robe but think there should be two of them. Overall a great place with fair rates.
Overall: 5 Location: 5 Guest Rooms: 5 Club Lounge: 4* Foods: 4 Drinks: 4 Comfort: 4 Breakfast: 5 Fitness Center: 5, well-equipped fitness center with a swimming pool. Atmosphere: 5 Service: 5 Cost Performance: 5 Comments: Near the city center and convention center. *Be careful: Concierge lounge is closed 9:00 am Friday through 5:30 pm Sunday. Cocktail hour is good but alcohol beverage is not complimentary. 8 to 12 per glass charged depending on your choice. Continental breakfast including scrambled/ boiled eggs, pork patties, oatmeal, fruits, cheese and bread are provided.
Great hotel, well positioned and lovely staff. Just don't jump in a departing lift, hoping to choose your floor once you're in. You're going where the occupants want to go, not your floor. Sounds like a riddle? Give it a go and you'll see what I mean!
