My over 30 year old Gucci watch had stopped working. I sent it to Gucci’s certified watch repair store and they sent it back saying it was not repairable and suggested I get a new watch. I love my watch and had heard that Boston Watch and Clock repair was the best at watch repair. I brought it into the shop, the movement needed to replaced. He told me to leave it and give him one hour. I went to lunch and my watch was fixed and he cleaned it too. It was so reasonable! My lunch actually cost more than the repair! Bring cash, no cards accepted but worth every dollar and more! He guaranteed the work for one year. I am one happy customer!

I went into Boston to get a vintage watch of mine repaired. First time trying this place and let me tell you I will be back for future services. He has gained a customer. I needed to get the Cannon Pinion on my watch fixed on my vintage Wittnauer Geneve Automatic Watch. I was able to get a same day service/repair and let me tell you that was AMAZING! Took a couple of hours and was able to enjoy my time in the beautiful city of Boston. My watch is now fixed, running and most importantly keeping perfect time! Highly recommend this place and very friendly service. Gem of a place if you're looking to get your watch repaired or serviced. Keep in mind they only accept CASH. Thank you.
Brought in a vintage Smiths watch for a replacement acrylic crystal. Found them polite and quick with estimate. A day later picked up watch. Found the price to be fair and the experience to be very positive.
I brought in my grandfather's 1970s Seiko automatic chronograph, which had stopped winding. He fixed it in a couple days at a very reasonable price. He also cleaned the chronograph buttons and winding mechanism. Other watch repairs told me they would have to send it to Seiko. The watch is functioning beautifully. Highly recommend.
Just had a 1978 digital Seiko magically revived and sized while I waited. Awesome service, thank you.
