I spent a few months living in Boston late last year and used this service a every day and the drivers and staff were always really helpful. In my experience buses only run late in Boston because there is an problem with the way the roads run around the town and often the town in in total gridlock so how can you run buses to the timetable when things like this are out of your control. I wanted to give the company a lot of praise for their work as its very easy to complain on here when something goes wrong but when it is good do we take 5 minutes to ever give praise and positive feedback?

Very nasty driver verbally abused my daughter travelling alone and refused to believe she is 15 because she looks like his granddaughter who is 17. This man is a bully and I won’t allow my daughter to travel with Brylaine ever again

I recently had an issue where my daughter had lost her bus pass and I was worried she would be unable to travel. I phoned up and spoke to someone who was really helpful and polite and sorted this all out for me. Thank you !!
