No time tables no where to sit and wait for your bus no shelter when waiting does not encourage me to use the service again yesterdays bus journey was my first for 40 year but I will not be using the service again maybe the person in charge should take a trip out to Europe to learn a few customer comfort initiatives
like
No timetables near the stands, no seats. Certainly not the best bus station I've ever been to .
Boston bus station to be honest with you is not what I call 100% disabled or elderly friendly there are no shelters or seats at the bus stands and when the bus companies do the school runs there are no public transport buses for at least one hour but upon visiting the bus garage to reclaim some property which I lost on the bus I was surprised to see the amount of buses stood both outside and inside the garage was unbelievable.
Seems to be a little run down the bus station here, but at least they have boards that tell you which bus to catch on each bay. No shelters at all bar a couple at each end of the station, but no benches for elderly people to sit on. Needs a major update this place. But then again, so does the town.
Sparce, not much information . But nice cafe to have a brew in while you wait for the bus.
