Pierre exceeded my expectations for a sales associate at Cartier. He went above and beyond for my sister and I and was one of the most professional and knowledgeable sale associate I’ve ever had at Cartier. This was not our first Cartier purchase, but I have walked out empty handed refusing to buy something in the past due to a sales associate being rude or pushy. Pierre took his time with us with sizing for a new edition to my bracelets and helped with choosing the right size. He was extremely patient and kind. I HIGHLY recommend Pierre when visiting the Cartier boutique in Boston. You will not be disappointed!

I hope I got the names right; Jai and Halema both went above and beyond, elevating our experience to a new level of VVIP experience. This wasn’t our first visit. However, it was our first with such outstanding service. We spent nearly an hour, and we never felt for a second that we are not welcomed, or Jai just want to get it done with us; she was always excited and offered a lot of valuable suggestions. I had a chance to speak to the manager to express my gratitude for the outstanding team. I was amazed at how she trusts and support her team and wanted to hear more, looking for more improvement, and asked for more information as necessary. Cartier’s value has increased, at least in my own eyes, after this experience. Thank you.
