Went to return a present I bought for my friend that was broken (a big water jar). When I bought it no one opened the box to check the condition of the jar. It was embarrassing to find out that your gift was broken. When I explained the situation to the sales representative, she was extremely rude, no “I’m sorry”. She just asked why I didn’t call right away (?!) and asked me to find something else. I had the receipt, so I asked if I could get a gift card. She told me again that she would prefer I’d buy something instead. When I denied she just tossed the gift card on the counter. I’ve never experienced such customer service before! It’s a nice store and we buy things from CB2 frequently so it’s a shame...
Worst customer service I ever experienced. They lost my order (they placed it in a store) and were saying it has been delivered to my house. Also there is no way to speak to the management (decision makers).
Awesome opening party. We had two children, age of 8 and 5, and they accommodated my entire family to be part of the store event. My wife and I were able to see and feel a few items that we had selected for our living room. Honestly, CB2 offers higher quality at competitive price, just go check out the west elm store few doors down and you will see what I mean. I have some furniture that my wife and I bought ten years ago, and they look like a brand new pieces. Thanks again for awesome opening party and good luck!
Have had great experiences working with the staff at this store. They may not greet immediately but personally, I prefer that because it just feels like I'm being poached. But once you ask for help, they are very attentive and give you the space and time to consider which pieces you are buying. They were also very helpful and friendly setting up a delivery date and modifying our orders over the phone for any additional items.
Great space, though it could be a little bigger. I was nice to go in and see many of the items. I was looking at beds and bedding and the it was great to actually see the Dondra Teak bed before buying and touch the fabrics. The kitchen and bath items are awesome.
Fantastic store - beautifully designed - and very nice and helpful staff, with a sense of service we rarely experience anymore. I ended up buying more than I had planned :) Both the store experience and the delivery service were impeccable. I can only recommend this CB2!
Beautiful space!! But the workers there are as beautiful and quiet as those pretty furniture. They know how to pose.
