Absolute WORST policies of any office I have ever dealt with. They require you to send all of your kid's information from a previous dentist BEFORE you can make a first appointment. I did this only to learn after the fact that the first appointment is over 4 months away! I called because my son needs his 6 month check up now not in 4 months. So, on to the next pediatric dentist but due to their policies, my son's personal information has been shared with an office we will never go to. This is absolutely horrible and I am furious.
