Eco Ride provided exceptional customer service from start (during the booking process) to finish (while occupying the party bus). I booked the party bus to celebrate my birthday with about 20 friends. The owner was very accommodating regarding pricing and scheduling. My friends and I were also pleased with our driver's pleasant personality, safety instincts in terms driving and handling the bus, and promptness picking us up on time initially and from the drop off location. I highly recommend booking with Eco Ride for any of your transportation needs! I will definitely use the party bus again for a \Ladies Night Out\ event.

Eco Ride is by far the best transportation company I’ve used in the Boston area! They have great customer service answered all my questions with efficiency and very polite. They arrive on time going and coming back from my destinations. The prices are very much affordable. And not to mention, the party bus is amazing!! If your looking for a fun night out in luxury the lux bus is the way to go!
First and foremost, I want to say I was exceptionally pleased with Joel's customer service and quick responses. I was in dire of need of a bus because I had a last minute cancelation from a different company. I completed a quote online and received a message back regarding my quote within minutes. This was awesome because I was still able to accommodate all of my guests and they never knew all of the hassle I had to go through. The driver was very knowledgeable and courteous. We weren't familiar with the area but he definitely provided good insight and made our experience a great one. Thanks Eco Ride and I look forward to working with you in the near future!
Booked lux bus for my fiancé’s 30th Birthday I delt with Joel for the booking process. Was a little skeptical because of limited reviews and the fact they required full payment 7 days before day of event. Joel was great answered evey time I called and was accommodating and professional. The day of the driver Kayla called hrs before to touch base and confirm pick-up location and plans for the night. She showed up on time and the bus was clean and what I had expected. We had suites at royale Kayla made sure we were where we wanted to be at the time we wanted and was waiting right when we got out of the club. She was great! Professional and very cool. Would recommend and will use there service again down the line.
We used ECO Ride’s school buses for transport of our guests from Downtown Boston to Brookline for our wedding. We originally had another bus company lined up but when they became woefully unresponsive we cancelled them and booked with ECO 2 weeks before the event. They were quick to respond and had better pricing than almost all other companies. The buses were on time and professional. There was a bit of confusion on the end of night pick up location but the mistake was quickly rectified and the buses were only 5 minutes late, no harm done.
