I've been here for a number of laser appointments and I can't say enough good things about how warm and kind everyone is, and how well the laser is working for me so far! I'm looking forward to getting more areas lasered there in the future. Also, if you commute out of South Station the location is very convenient if you want to run to the train after!
I told one price over the phone for laser treatment and a completely different price when I showed up. Complete waste of my time.
I came in to check out the Laser Face Rejuvenation Facial Special. I was greeted by Katy who went into great detail of what the treatment involved. I didn't know what to expect from the treatment, but I was very pleased with the results immediately - post treatment. The slight tingling feeling from the laser was eased by the following facial. I enjoyed the high quality organic mask, and was pleasantly surprised with the unexpected hand massage. I will definitely come back here again.
Katy was great! She made me feel comfortable with the process and ensured that I am knowledgable about the procedure going forward. Although it was only my first treatment, I will continue to go back for the service and up to date technology.
