I do not recommend this spa. The front staff was extremely rude. I was rushed through my appointments (my spa day) staff in general was just not accommodating and more interested in selling product than customer service. I asked to speak to a manager twice and was told they were indisposed but I could call later or write and email. Seriously 350.00 later . Its a joke. I expressed to one staff member that I was cold and was given and old raggedy towel. I was there for three plus hours and offered nothing to drink. ridiculous.

I've been going here to get my hair done for over a year now. I'm a client of Patricia Guigey for several years now. I have a ton of hair. She's willing to take the time to give me a very layered cut--and it is time consuming and not an easy job. I haven't felt pressured to buy product. I have found the front staff to be professional and considerate. The area of the spa I saw has always been clean. The one gripe I have is that the front staff does not place appointment reminder calls. I book my appointments 10 weeks in advance and I really would appreciate a reminder call. (This is why I'm giving this place a 4 star and not a 5 star review). The atmosphere of this spa feels more like a traditional mens club, with the dark wood and brass. Although the staff can do a trendy style, it's not what they excel at. This place is conservative, best suited for the over 35 crowd rather than younger people (G2O Spa and Salon is a better bet for them--it is more hip and cheaper). It's not cheap, but I'm pleased with the service and I think I get good value for my money.
I have been coming here for years to have my hair and nails done and I have never been disappointed! Keep up the great work guys!
Prices are high, but it's worth it. They do a great job, and they allow you access to the spa facilities (steam room, sauna, deck) with your appointment.
