I had the pleasure of working with Fragomen office in Boston, for my Green card I-485 RFE and had they were very professional. Even though there were few days of delay, the Business Analyst Myken Boomberger, kept me updated everyday and answered all my questions with patience. I believe they have updated their working model to address all these users griviences. I would suggest and recommend all to use their services.

Worst experience ever - avoid! They don't care about their customers, they make lots of mistakes, they forget to file on time etc.

If there was a no star option I would have given that. Long story short Fragomen sucks they are unresponsive and not at all professional. I had the misfortune of working with Fragomen on my h1b. Let me tell you that was the worst decision although I had not much of a choice. They were excruciatingly painful to deal with and highly unresponsive. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Greenberg Traurig and BAL(Berry Appleman and Leiden) and I was throughly impressed with their stellar services. Now these are some of the more official immigration attorney’s very responsive and accountable. This was something that I found was missing in Fragomens case. The least they could do is simply respond to emails. If you have a choice please please avoid Frag by all means. If not good luck.

NO RESPONSE - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They do not respond to emails/phone calls. They are unaware of timeliness and promptness required for immigration applications. I had to deal with them when I got an offer from a company who had Fragomen as immigration lawyer. While dealing with Fragomen, experience was very stressful and frustrating.

So impressed about all the bad reviews. I guess every experience is very different but about me, they have been fast and efficient. I got my green card in 5 months without any issue.

DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY. HAVE SOME SENSE OF URGENCY. Is this law firm just so desperate that they hire anyone who went to college???? You guys are a joke lol. Learn to read, learn to be timely or get a job more suitable for your inability to do SIMPLE TASKS LIKE EMAILING AND READING.Your talent attraction team in HR needs a lot of work if these are the people that they're hiring. THINK ABOUT FIRING SOME PEOPLE. YOU'RE RATED 2.1 ON GOOGLE. Hope that was something you were striving for.

horrendous - never ever work with those people. I am calling them and emailing them every week for last 3 months to get the money that INS credited for rejected h1 petition . They admited they have the refund in October since than they asked avbout 5 times for bank ifo we provided each time , we called about 20 times still they staff had no time to transfer the money. Super rude staff on phone and email. AVOID at any cost.
