I bought my wife's engagement ring there in 2003 and will always remember the great service they provided. Since then, my wife had countless compliments on her engagement ring - nice band, diamond and its setting. If you are looking for an engagement ring this is your one stop. PLEASE, do not go to the general jewel retailers. Hefez knows their stuff and has the best access stones in the market for the price.

I highly recommend Hefez & Sons. I went in not knowing what kind of ring I wanted, and Jay sat down with my mother and I for over an hour until we found a style and diamond I loved. The other jewelers I went to before this simply let me try on different rings, without offering assistance. Jay was personable and took the time to talk to me about what I wanted (and didn't want) in a ring. Great service, and beautiful jewelry.

Jay was a pleasure to work with. We always had pleasant conversation and he took time to get to know us. He sat with us to go over exactly what we wanted, designed it, and executed it in more than reasonable time frame. He gave us the best prices out of anyone we saw but not one bit of craftsmanship was sacrificed. My ring was very simple but my wife’s ring was more complicated and it is best to be as specific as possible. When my wife got the final product it wasn’t exactly what she had imagined but Jay fixed it right away and it looks beautiful. These are custom rings so give them plenty of time (on the order of 2 months or more) and you will get just what you were looking for.

Meh I went in there to browse and the woman who helped me older lady with brown hair showed me three rings and said she couldn't show me more things because she had to babysit later and needed to get work done before she leaves. Her loss. I went to another jewelry store and because of their great service I dropped mega money. I think she assumed I could afford anything. With this type of customer service would you trust them with your diamond engagement ring? lol I think not! I wouldn't want any negativity next to my precious gems. Go elsewhere.
