My minor children and have bounced around once homelessness occurred in Attleboro my two minor children an I were then moved extremely far away from our family and community outreach such as schools, doctors, and most importantly our church. We have been homeless for an extremely long time waiting a chance for a housing opportunity closer to our community and support outreaches. This is the reason behind my low rating today.

Directed to Operator by menu, no answer. Tried various extensions. Automatically hung up on twice. Reached a full mailbox on another. So different from the MA Tax office which is responsive, polite and helpful, then requests your review on its service. I am trying to comply with a new law and can't even reach a person to clarify it.

They don’t help you. The institution is designed to make finding housing as hard as possible. They want you to give up so they don’t have to deal with you anymore. This institution and others of the kind are set up to fail by empire so to keep poor people down, reduce costs of welfare programs, and appease ignorant affluent liberals.

Unprofessional I was denied 3 times within a week and 2 days . The first excuse was well you left your apartment willingly so you made your family and yourself homeless. The second excuse was that I need 3 different letters from family and friends saying we stayed at their house and can no longer stay their. The third excuse was that the letters had to be from Mass residents only when the requirements said nothing about ONLY MASS. the lady wrote on it and I told her that it doesn't count because she wrote it and it was not printed that's illega then the lady got mad stormed off and her manager came back said well these are the new requirements as of now oh and dcf will be called so I left because clearly they didn't want to help on 04/19/2019 Bill Morgan called me while I was in court I called back left 3 messages and still no phone call back but they have been sending letters I really don't understand if your company was not attempting to help my family and I why are you people harrassing me ??!!

These people dont help people they tourment them by sending there family to agencies like Father Bills in Stoughton where Vanda Barros Lopez the Operation director has her employees, yell at you, make u do chores and im disabled. Threatens you, makes false reports and purposefully gives u non-compliance so you go homeless. Erin Bartlett has NO REGARDS FOR MY MENTAL, PHYSICAL OR EMOTIONAL HEALTH INSTEAD OF ACCEPTING MY DOCTORS LETTERS AND ACCOMIDATING MY FAMILY SHE PLACED ME IN A WORST PLACE AND HAS NO REGARDS TO MY FAMILY HEALTH OR WELL BEING.
