Beautiful building, and the cafeteria on the second floor is open to the public. Great quiet spot for lunch if you work in the neighborhood and are trying to escape the crowds.

Good public building with great views of the harbor. Access is with ID only and via US Marshall's metal screening. Phones and other devices are not permitted for the general public.
