My family have been with this practice over the year now. However, the quality of customer service is continually getting worse especially via phone. It is just terrible!. To get in touch with someone You need to spend more than an hour, just sitting on the phone (not a joke). If You are fortunate enough, then maybe your problem is going to be solved. However, if you aren't fortunate enough you can get surprised. The surprise would be when you are calling the GP to arrange an appointment, for example, and spending an hour from your life in line, suddenly the system can just disconnect You. Guess what You need to next, so then You again need to call them and start your ''exciting journey''. Perhaps on the second try, You won't be disconnected, but who knows. Conclusion: If You are looking for a new surgery and You have plenty of spare time and nerve cells. Then I would recommend this one. BUT If You are a normal busy person who values your nerve cells, then I will give You a tip, do not even consider this GP for yourself.
