Great, cheap way to see downtown Boston from the water. A must do if you have the MBTA 7 day pass, as it's included in that price. Convenient location for seeing the Charlestown Freedom Trail sights (USS Constitution and Bunker Hill Monument).

Great ocean views and a nice boardwalk to stroll on
We took the ferry to the shipyard, saw a ship actively being worked on in dry dock and climbed 300 steps of the bunker hill memorial. Ferry ticket was included in price of the weekly public bus/ rail ticket from the airport. Ferry came every 30 minutes on weekdays. It's in the middle of other paid boat tours, with little to no signage. The 360 shows where to stand to catch it.
As its name implies, the ferry takes you to the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston, home to the USS Constitution and Bunker Hill Memorial, two sites on the historic Freedom Trail. If you have a valid ticket for the subway or city buses, you can use it to board the ferry. Expect great views of the city and harbor on board.
Awesome way to get to Charleston! We got to see USS constitution and bunker hill. Much easier then walking! And cheap. Highly recommended!
