Data entry is allowed between certain dates. i.e. Residential customers get a certain time period to enter solar production data, My windows was from 07/27/17 to 08/05/17. You sent me 1 email on 08/05/17 at 5:48 am (absolutely no emails before this date). To expect me to review the email, get the data and enter within your deadline of 08/05/17 is not acceptable.

BEWARE OF MASS CEC REBATE PROGRAM In late May 2018 we installed a mini split ductless air conditioning/heat system in our house. Included in my decision to make this purchase was a 2500 rebate from MassCEC. I submitted my rebate paperwork in early July having been told that it would take 6-8 weeks to process. Today is December 27th and I just got off the phone with CEC rep (at least my 10th phone call on this matter). After yet again expressing my frustration I was told that the check would be in today's mail. Of course this is not the first time I have been given this line of B.S. Is is CEC's strategy to wear down customers to avoid paying rebates?
