I had made an appointment approximately a month ago. I was given a time to show. When I got there, there was few people in line and I checked in, quickly. I hadn't downloaded the application so I had to step out of line to complete that. 5 minutes later I was in line which moved very quickly! 3 minutes later I was standing in front of the representative and I was out of there in an additional 10 minutes. No muss, no fuss. A world away from the days past!

The services were awesome! I went for a driver's permit registration. It was well organized from reception to respecting the COVID-19 hygiene norms, fast services and polite working staff.

Extremely rude and condescending customer service. It is my first time seeing a tell slapping the table and throw paperworks toward customers! This is ridiculous. The woman at counter 20 is beyond rude, her tone, her attitude and everything about her show nothing but aggressiveness and disrespect. Why should taxpayer pay for those incompetent, uneducated, inhumane creatures to give them opportunities to abuse people? It almost look like they are debt collectors rather than tellers in a government agency. All of them deserved to be fired.

The security staff is on point navigating the public through the doors. Their kind and respectful to the public. One thing that stood out to me was one security staff helping a homeless man get in to see someone despite him not having a cell phone. I was impressed with how respectful he was to this homeless man.. Clearly no one is turned away.

Went to drop off paperwork waited in long line came back 10 days later had the same long 2 hour pick up line. The same employee assisted me both times. She was so kind and professional inspite of the outrageously slow and tedious process. Her name is Kristen. Thank you for being so kind.
