The store had a good selection. Most of the associates were help. However, Jada in Kitchen and bath was not helpful and behaved as though she didn't want to work. With the Norfolk employee sign on her chest, she practically acted as though she wasn't working at the facility; stating I would have to order the vanity I wanted another day because that particular bath area was closed. How do you shut down area in a store and the whole store is fully open. If that was the case I wasn't coming back. I'll shop elsewhere were associates have proper customer service skills. Not appropriate and it demonstrates poor customer service skills. She wasn't willing to be helpful at all. What a shame.

I could not be more pleased with the service. I was looking for a specific piece of laminate to replace a backsplash. Met a guy at another store and he pointed me in the direction of Norfolk Hardware The associate was so helpful. Will definitely go there for my hardware store needs.

I was utterly dismayed by the lack of customer service skills in the showroom. If you are ordering anything from this place, you have to call them every day to ensure that they are processing your order in a timely matter. Also, speaking to the manager was a waste of time. He NEVER calls back when his incompetent employees makes an error at the customers expense. As for the hardware store, I would give them 5 stars. The showroom needs the same customer service skills training as the hardware store.
