Amazing customer service! This is my third time coming for a pedicure and the consistency in the service from different people who work here is what I appreciate. I feel so relaxed with the massage, the hot stones, and most importantly a clean paint job on the toes! Great color selection, clean salon, there is hand sanitizer available and they take your temperature as well. 10/10 would recommend

I called same day and got a french manicure. I love the meticulous work that they do at this salon. They took the time to do everything correctly and it was a relaxing atmosphere as well. Two weeks later and they still look like new! I definitely recommend Obsession Nail Spa.
Every time I schedule an appointment I am treated to a super, relaxing experience. Cindy takes her time and is very careful. I would not go to any other nail salon.
Great experience UNTIL the last 30 minutes. I got a DIP manicure and at the end of it she went and put a GEL top coat. Once I saw her taking out the uv light I simply asked for the DIP top coat as from previous experience the gel top coat cracks and peels off. Another lady who appeared to be the manager or owner came over and told me I was wrong and it never happens as I continued to explain that I wanted a DIP top coat because I was getting a DIP manicure and my previous experience she still continued to tell me that gel was the right one. She began to yell at the lady doing my nails in a different language. I was extremely uncomfortable and to settle everything down I agreed to just do the gel. The manager then went back to her customer where she began to talk about me and how I was wrong and that she has no idea what I am talking about and there are never any issues. Within 5 minutes of leaving the salon my nails started to peel, I went back to the salon and spoke to the manager where she then said “what did you do to your nails” “why are they peeling already” as I had already explained to her this is what happens when you put GEL polish on DIP. She again continued to talk about me with her other customer and with another nail technician. In order to fix my nails they put GEL base and GEL top coat...but I paid 60 for a DIP manicure. What I thought was going to be a good experience turned into a nightmare as when I went home my nails CONTINUED to peel. They are overpriced and unprofessional and made my experience extremely uncomfortable. Business 101 - give the customer what they want.

They took me in last minute even though they were closed! Super nice and patient with my cousin after being a little late! I got a manicure and they actually cleaned my feet and did a treatment on the heel of my foot (which came with the manicure). The manicure came out clean and she soaked off my acrylic for me as well! Not only that but she filed my nails and clicked them which was not included. Great staff all very nice and humble! Thank you ill be back!
I love Lan she takes her time. We have great conversations. My nails always look perfect and no matter what I have done they last the whole 2 weeks! Actually usually the day I go to Obession Nails I receive a compliment that they look like I just had them done people are shocked when I say it’s been 2 weeks! I would give this place a 10.
Lian and her team are the best! I have been to many of the local nail salons over the years (including MiniLuxe which is MUCH more expensive), and I was not happy with the sloppy work, and bad attitudes of some of the staff. They rushed and did a poor job. Not at Obsession! Lian takes her time, and she gives you a manicure that is a work of art. I also appreciate the little touches like the hot towels, hot stones, and moisturizing socks included with the regular pedicure. They are also SUPER clean! My daughter and I only go to Obsession - they are hands down the best in the area. Better service, better quality, and better value than even the Newton and Wellesley spas!
