Sent a letter for a local movie theater who had said they can not open their concessions even though it would all be covered with hard plastic. I received no answer back - as far as even someone stating they received the correspondence. I would have liked to know why you allow restaurants to open at 50 percent capacity and people can take off their masks for eating food all while supposedly socially distancing in the restaurant (which many restaurants are not doing anyway), but you won't allow a movie theater who's workers are wearing face masks under a face shield to open up their food services with popcorn covered etc, and also there is social distance at the theater because they manually go in and block off seats so people aren't sitting next to others--but yet you allow restaurants to do it. Curious as to the hypocrisy in that.

The recent lockdown measures make no sense at all and just serve to reduce the quality of life for all of us here in Massachusetts. ROLL THEM BACK!

Governor Baker and his staff are doing an excellent job in an extremely difficult time for all of us. The stay-at-home is keeping hundreds of our MA friends from dying. Waiting to open and doing it carefully will keep us alive—and, as long as businesses make it easy for us to do business with them, I can't wait to start spending money! (I am hoping for o contact\ exchanges of goods, using credit card over phone to pay). That will keep customers and, very important, workers from getting sick . . . but we can get the money flowing back and forth!!!! JUST OPEN SLOWLY and ENCOURAGE/REQUIRE PEOPLE TO WEAR MASKS, as many virus particles are just waiting to find a HOST, HOSTS are YOU and ME. If it can't get through our masks, the virus will die and the hosts will LIVE! Thanks Governor Baker!

No one responds to phone calls or letters. Not even a simple “thank you. We received your communication.” Is that so hard to simply respond to a citizen who merely wants to know a thought or suggestions has been received. Pathetic!!
