Boston Quality has impeccable communication, which we find incredibly important to our unique cleaning needs. Their responses are prompt, friendly, considerate and fair. This can only be topped by their remarkable attention to detail and their cleaning services. We have a very tricky property to clean (many lever and odd access hours) and they have managed to let me forget that I have ever had an issue with onsite cleaning. I used Boston Quality Cleaning Services, Inc. when I needed a cleaning company on an as-needed basis for my work. We have construction jobs all over the Boston & New England area and often rent offices or have trailers for management to work out of during the duration of the job, which is usually bridges or roadwork. Boston Quality was excellent to deal with, even during issues on OUR end with our door locking system. They were always able to fit me in, even with short notice and we were very happy with services provided. I will be using them for any offices or trailers that I need cleaned on upcoming jobs in the area. They come out to give free estimates and are on time & professional. They worked with our invoicing system and communicate quickly and efficiently via email. Couldn't recommend them more!
