Incredible selection for the discerning watch collector! This is the premier destination in Boston for watches, jewelry and other luxury gifts/decor. If in the market for a new, used or vintage watch be sure to ask for Mike Shaw. Mike is the go-to guy in Boston for luxury watches and has helped me with both the selection and service of various timepieces. Shreve’s service department is also second to none!

I visited this store last weekend to check out Omega watches. I was greeted by Brian Walker at the watch section of the store. He is extremely knowledgeable on watches and had a lot of patience in answering all of my questions and showing me different watches to try on. I found the watch I really wanted and he gave me enough time to decide without putting any pressure or rushing me even if they had to keep the store open beyond closing hours which was really nice of them. I ended up buying the watch. Brian was awesome through the entire process and I highly recommend him and the shop if you’re in the market for watch(es). They have a huge selection of luxury watches from different brands and is probably one of the oldest jewelry store in Boston!

Before the year-end holidays, I wanted to buy a new Omega watch, just released. I contacted Shreve, Crump & Low, and they very promptly arranged to special order it from Omega USA, because this new model had not yet reached the stores. The watch arrived and I was promptly notified. When I went to the shop to pick it up I was greeted warmly, and the formalities were done quickly and professionally. Since this was my first time in the shop, I also took the time to look at all the show cases and was impressed by the wide range of really fine watches on display. This was a very satisfying experience for me, and I have no doubt that I'll be going back there the next time I am looking for another top-quality watch.

I recently purchased a watch I have had my eyes on for some time from Shreve, Crump & Low. The buying experience has been the best sales experience I have had collecting a high end watches. Sam went above and beyond expectations to make the delivery experience feel special and walk me through the care and maintenance of my newly acquired piece. Sam was extremely accommodating and allowed me to try on several watches before making my final selection. He offered may great suggestions of things I likely would have never thought about, without any degree of pressure. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future.

Great experience today at SC&L! Brad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about watches. Truly one of the most outstanding collections of any store I’ve ever visited. I strongly recommend and will be visiting frequently in the years to come.
