After a month of stressful wedding planning I booked myself their most indulgent facialicious - 75 min facial plus massage (135 before tip) and was looking forward to it. The lady doing my facial, Annie, pushed me to get a 50 minute facial for the same price. which I reluctantly agreed to since I could see she clearly did not want to do the massage. The facial lasted just 40 minutes in spite of being told it was 50. She just applied the products on my face and did not make an effort to massage them in. If I wanted products applied to my face I would get a lot more bang for my buck if I bought skincare products at Sephora and applied them myself. The online description says the facial comes with a mask but I don't think I got one. I ended up paying 150 for a 40 min sub par facial. I'm giving it two stars because the establishment was clean and the 5 minute shoulder massage was good.

I had a wonderful experience (facial) today at Skoah -- it was my first service with the spa. The spa is clean, the staff are friendly, and the service was very enjoyable. I was looking for a post September 1 treat to myself for getting through the busy season and I would very much book again.
Such a great spot! The front desk is always communicative and easy to reach. Every esthetician is wonderful but I especially like Ashley! She will ask you a lot about your skin status, skin goals, skin care routine and give you solid feedback on how to reach those goals between visits. Really appreciate that about her! I'd get a membership, too, if you're local. Great value and my skin has vastly improved!
Taylor was so nice she made my day Definitely recommend !!!!!!!!
A true South End and Boston gem! Locally owned and operated and I've always enjoyed my experiences -- facials, treatments, etc. I'm also a HUGE fan of their products! Affordable and effective.
