An excellent quite location, grocery and super market is walking distance ( walking distance ). Very clean and we'll equipped appartment, the master bedroom is very big and good storage spaces are available in every room in the apartment. I stayed for a week and then extended for more 3 days. Easy booking online..all required information to check in and out received by email and we went directly to our appartment with out a need of any human assistance except talking to the building concierge to confirm our names which was listed already. Every thing we needed was available and I can say that staying in this apartment made our stay in Boston a great experience. Stay Alfred online support is excellent they are very friendly and helpful. The did a great job to arrange my extension although they are almost fully booked.

Great experience, conveniently located and close to all restaurants and tourist attractions. Room was excellent and had everything! Wish I knew they lobby/ other elevator were under construction ️. Would definitely stay there again !! Easy to book and res agents were awesome and friendly!
In our opinion, there were many negatives: Insufficient towel bars in bathrooms and one towel per person No hooks on bathroom doors No luggage racks Only one bedside lamps Lobby in complete disarray due to construction Check in directions poor and inaccurate Check in person surly and unable to easily locate our reservation Hallway needs paint touch up - banged up Broken outlet covers Grunge by Shower doors in master suite Smudges on inside of windows and outside windows very dirty Vertical blind missing slat in master suite - was on the floor and we repaired Toilet seat was broken in main bathroom Toilet doesn’t flush well in master an “runs” all day and night On the plus side, location was nearly perfect and within walking distance to the North End and 1/2 block from the “T”. The room itself was wonderful, as was the location. I just was not a fan of the customer service I had received from the concierge. It also did not seem the apartment building and “stay Alfred” were on the same page. I requested an early check in, which had been granted . I could check in as early as 9am, when I arrived the concierge told me I couldn’t check in til 3, I showed her the email, about 10 minutes later she let us check in. My check out process was just the same. I handed my keys to the concierge about 10am and around 2pm I received a message from stay Alfred that the keys had never been returned and that they were missing. After messaging them for a bit, they ended up coming to the conclusion that they had misplaced them. Just wished this was a little bit more organized.
Excellent location. Would be perfect if the complex were not surrounded by MAJOR construction. No parking available, overnight parking for weekend Fri-Mon additional 108. Do not mind paying cleaning fee, I do mind getting a dirty unit. I cleaned bathroom faucets they were disgusting, stains all over bedroom carpets, walls dirty, bathroom vent fan caked with dirt, shower needed chalking, no hot water on Saturday, vertical blinds broken and missing, no batteries in TV remotes, no remote for bedroom TV, apartment furnishings came from garage sale, most uncomfortable living room furniture ever needs to be replaced, second bedroom bed actually swayed back and forth, pillows for beds completely flat, electrical strips and wires EVERYWHERE...unit looked like a jail cell...bare minimum! Lobby construction at building till the end of September must use rear door. Unit 908 if you should be given, please ask for another unit. I do not mind paying for my accommodations, I do mind not getting what I paid for. Shame on Stay Alfred for renting this unit in this condition....especially when previous reviews are expressing same experience, just shows you do not care! Show less
The apartment was perfect! Great decor, all the amenities (though it would have been great to have more than one towel per person), and the best location. We only wish we’d been given addresses for overnight parking, rather than hunting places down ourselves through post-game traffic. FYI, the government center was the closest we found, then we parked in Post Office Square Fri-Sun at fantastic rates.
We encountered numerous problems with our stay. The door lock was sticking and not allowing us to get in. The air conditioner was out overnight with a hot night ended up having to repair the unit the next day. The following day the water was shut off for several hours with no notice. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The price was overcharged for the amount of problems we encountered.
Awesome location close to the T and within walking distance of the North End, the Freedom Trail, and a ton of other sights. We walked everywhere except to Fenway. Took the T for that. The apartment is super clean, the kitchen is awesome for a family, and the extra bedroom and bathroom were so great. It would have been nice if laundry supplies were included, but CVS is next door so it isn't really a biggie. Our biggest complaint are the beds and pillows. They are terrible. The sofa bed was actually lower on one side and so awful. The other two beds weren't much better. Hard and stiff. Pillows were flat pancakes. The vertical blinds were broken and missing large chunks, letting in light from the building next door all night long and making privacy an issue since the windows next door are right there. Also had pretty lousy wifi. Like 1 or 2 bars the whole time. If those improvements were made this place would be 5 stars all the way.
