We wanted to send a warm thank you to Britney Rosa and John Gonzalez. We have had several minor maintenance issues this year, and Britney has always responded promptly and professionally to our concerns. Similarly, John has been extremely respectful and professional when visiting our apartment, and all issues were fixed. As a result, we have been very happy living in our new home. Thanks again for the outstanding service amid a pandemic.

Since moving to Anderson Street in 2019, my experience with The Copley Group has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff are always professional and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. I have been very happy overall and would recommend leasing with them.

My building is not happy at all with Copley Management. Their staff, particularly Tammy Hunt, feel so entitled. She is one of the most unprofessional humans I have ever come in contact with. I understand your life might be miserable but you should not spread that horrible feeling to others. Fix your personal situation before dealing with tenants. However I give an A to the maintenance team!

If I could give this group ZERO stars I would. We deal with Chloe and Jeff and they are by far the worst lease/building managers I have ever worked with—and I have lived in multiple places. Upon moving in there were numerous issues that weren’t dealt with and I was calling repeatedly to get them fixed with very late responses from their team (i.e. the refrigerator was leaking all over the place, the WiFi had to be connected to our next door neighbors because the building cut the cord connecting our apartment). The rent is insanely high for the quality of life (I.e. the water gets shut off multiple times a week for long periods of time, construction and trash noises at starting at 7am, construction SHAKING the apartment to the point of pictures falling off walls). The accounting department also is a joke and make sure you’re watching what they are charging you, for we have caught them over charging for parking, etc on multiple occasions. Beware, they made the updated the apartments to look really pretty but the floors are slanted and there are cracks in the walls from poor workmanship. Overall, it’s just the worst place and people.
