My mum had a left hand arm muscle problem and did a MRI on 08/03/2020 later afternoon, but the guy operator seems not professtional at all for the operation of gadolinium contrast medium injection, who also in charge the MRI. Injection done with few second then put my mum immediate on the machine. Attached is my 65 year old mum's hand shows after stepped out of the MRI and I saw with my heart broken , I hope Tufts will look into this and review this case,

We waited for over an hour after our appointment time, not a single person spoke English, and the people were rude and not helpful!!!!
