My boyfriend purchased a necklace during Valentine's and I was so excited when I saw it but I noticed some black marks around the ring clasp. I immediately called my local store to have them look into it. Ulysses was excellent and was able to advice. I decided to exchange it and he was so patient and helpful with all our questions.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I went in today to have a few links removed from a watch I bought online. Turns out the battery was dead (at that point they were not sure if it was the battery or the mechanism). The LOVELY woman at customer service suggested I check with the retailer I bought it from to see if it was covered under the warranty. I was lazy so asked them to just change the battery. They told me the turn around would be 24 hours. I left and called the retailer in the end--turns out it was covered. SO I returned to the store to collect my watch. It had only been about 20 minutes and they already changed the battery--but she was kind enough to not charge me ANYTHING and actually apologized--even though it was my choice to leave the watch. I have worked in jewelry at SAKS and Neiman Marcus--I have never seen just genuine, incredible customer service. And, the repair was perfect. I will certainly return.
