I came a little early for my cleaning. W & M were conscientious. I filled out a questionnaire and the person at the test rook my temp ad my oxygen. The waiting room was lean and chairs were arranged to keep distances intact. My hygienist was prompt, friendly, and efficient. I had my yearly dental x-rays and Dr. Santamaria checked me out. I've been with this organization since 1985 and it proves how good dental care makes your life better.

Please choose your dental care provider wisely. I have been with this dental office since 2019 and the office is clean and professional looking but be careful when it comes to having major work with them. Get a pre-estimate because they will not offer you one. I had a crown done in 2019 and it recently cracked in March 2021 and I was charged 550 for a temporary crown that was in my mouth for a few weeks . The staff at the front desk claim that they explained everything to me when in fact it wasn’t fully broken down to me. I was told by doctor Santa Maria that I was going to be taken care of but the front desk did not break down the payments to me until after I had my temporary in and left the office. Further, I was confused by the paperwork they gave me to sign. Patients don’t always know what they’re signing for and they did not disclose the 550 owed for my temporary crown. When I was talking to the receptionist explaining to her that I was not aware of the co-pay she was very argumentative. It is not professional for a receptionist to argue with patients in front of other patients in the waiting area. I paid the money for the temporary, but please make sure they fully breakdown any co-payments with a pre-estimate in hand. I have no problem paying for dental work because my teeth are important to me, but it’s very important that patients are not handed a paper to sign without knowing exactly what their co-pay would be before any dental work is done. Very upsetting I had high hopes for this office!!!!! I do not believe this office has the patients best interest at heart, there shouldn’t be any payments for a crown that cracked within a year. Where is the loyalty to the patients?? I do not recommend this office!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this dental practice. I went today for the first time for a routine dental cleaning and exam. From the moment I walked into the office, I could tell how professional and welcoming it was. The desk staff was friendly, efficient, understanding, and answered all of my questions with a smile. Every room in the office from the bathrooms to the exam rooms are flawlessly cleaned and smell wonderful! My hygenist, Nancy, was a great conversationalist and made the often painful experience of a cleaning with all of its sharp tools pleasant. She was gentle, engaging, kind, encouraging, and thorough with her explanations of my xrays. Finally, Dr. Santamaria, was so warm, individualized, and curious about me as a person and a patient and gave me a thorough assessment of my teeth. I am so looking forward to returning for my next cleaning! HIGHLY reccommend!

I’m impressed with this office. The hygienists are all very skilled and caring, and Dr. Santamaria is absolutely wonderful. She takes a lot of care and time with me and is very knowledgeable and skilled. I’m very pleased with the experience.

I come for a Dental cleaning and I had the most nice experience with hygienist Sancy, she was so careful on take my X Rays, her have a gentle hands, the cleaning was so pleasant , I felt so relax, the smooth songs, the nice conversation, and the explanation afterwards. I also was offered a tooth whitening after the cleaning done, and I left the office feeling great. What a nice place.
