It’s a authentic Hunan dishes. The most impressive is their drinks, fruited watermelon tea. You must take a shot:)

To be honest, food here is not bad. But I think people here really need to have more common sense. I told the front desk guy I ordered online and wanted to pick. I expected them to ask for order number or name. But the guy asked my back: “what you want to pick up?”, and I have to tell them I want to pick up my ORDER. Do you guys expect my to pick my Amazon package or something? And when I have my food, I found they placed my two small boxes of rice at the bottom of bag, while a lot of other heavier stuff with larger boxes on the top. What’s even worse was that these larger boxes had soup inside. Thanks to your genius idea, I have to clean the seat of my car because these boxes on top totally flip around while I was driving home. And when I get to home:

VERY dirty dining environment very awkward service extremely salty food We dined in for dinner around 8 pm a couple of days ago. Very disappointed overall. This place used to be my favorite place for Chinese food. This place has been going down and down. We feel like treated as if we were fools and almost get accused for not telling them to add less salt when I ordered. As if it's my fault that their food is too salty. As soon as we walked in, the floor was super sticky all over and has trash on; the table we sat was dirty too. We were told the restaurants employees had BBQ last night. They didn't clean it because it was too late. This only made me more concerned. Plus, they could have used a whole day to clean it. So, they asked us to move table. We did that. As we were waiting and eating later, someone was there cleaning floor and tables. The food was extremely salty. I was quite surprised. I only asked if I could custom flavor next time when I order. The waitress said yes and was emphasizing I should do that next time for 3 times. She also asked me a bunch of questions to help them improve food quality. That was ok. When she brought the check, she was like “Hunan food is very salty and spicy. Our restaurant is very authentic and have authentic Hunan food. Today our chef feel like cooking authentic and made it very salty” and emphasizing again I need to tell them add less salt next time. Inside my head, I was like??? I just wanted to go so I smiled, paid including a decent tip and left. But looking back, this is NOT acceptable. So I wanted to share so customers going there could have better experiences. Note to restaurant: If your restaurant is open for dine in, then please make it dine-in-able. I just wanted to enjoy some food with people I care, not to dealing with your awkward, not persuading even stupid excuses and awful environment. And if you have to let customer tell you the flavor of food you make, you already failed.

Very authentic menu with everything from tripe, frogs, and tongue. A little too adventurous for me but their pork fried rice was great.

Food, ambient, menu... everything reminds you of what restaurants are like back in China. Love the 腊肉 Larow (Hunan sausage) so flavorful and yummy.

There food is way too salty. The heavy hand with salt ruined every dish.
