Very beautiful place, very organized. However, the no phone/electronic device policy is outdated and needs to be revised. I couldn't capture any good moment there because electronic cameras are forbidden. This is ridiculous. I might not go there again because of that. I do not recommend this place if you like using snapchat and IG.

Unfortunately due to covid the water circuit isn't available but I still had a fantastic massage with Jessica! Left feeling refreshed and relaxed
Professional, great service and truly relaxing experience. I had a relaxation massage, they followed all Covid-19 rules and regulations. Staff is friendly and professional. The only downside was the female washrooms/changing area, it needs better cleaning.

I’m not sure where all the 5 stars come from but it’s a huge scam. First off you are required to “check in” when you arrive, and you are required to check a box that reads “you agree to receive commercial communication” and you cannot bypass this or else you cannot check in. Second, upon arrival we realized there were over 100 people at the facilities and all the spas and rooms were over capacity. There were 10 people in tubs that were meant for just 7 and staff doesn’t care. They over book way to many people even tho we booked weeks in advance.
