Clean, friendly staff, but limited parking space

Great hospitality. The staffs are very helpful and kind. The doctors are kind too. The foods provided by the hospital quite good and delicious. Very fast service and efficient at emergency department. Great experience staying here as I didnt expect much as this is a small government hospital in a village. But overall is good.

My opinion this hospital need improvement, the employee hv to be more profesionalisme to take care of patients. To be honest hospital manjung much better then this hospital. I hope people understand why i give this one star. This hospital not recommended and the employee need to be proactive. Tq

Staff lain bagus. Tapi bila masuk bilik rawatan jumpa doktor. Doktornya lagi baik. Cakap lemah lembut. Tapi bila dtg sorg lagi doktor. Punya la berlagak. Dengan biadapnya. tak perlu kot kau nak malukan pesakit. Hormat menghormati tu perlu tak kira kau doktor atau apa. Penat belajar nk jadi doktor tapi lupa nk bljr SIVIK.

Kenapa lama sangat, orang sudah ramai, menunggu. Kami faham situasi, ikut turn, tetapi service terlalu lambat. Kesian yang ada baby, cuaca panas lagi .

Ayah saya dimasukkan ke wad. Di hospital tiada ditampal di mana2 waktu melawat. Hanya dinyatakan seorang saja dibenarkan menemani pesakit di wad (SOP Covid 19). Kami berurusan dengan pesakit melalui kaki lima wad dan telah dimarahi oleh guard dan diugut alan dilaporkan kepada polis. Seterusnya berlaku pertengkaran mulut tentang SOP covid. Hasilnya, ayah saya (pesakit) mak saya dan adik beradik saya telah di'sound' oleh guard. Itu perkara biasa. Yg menjadi kejutan staff nurse di wad lelaki tiada etika turut ikut memburuk2kan kami sekeluarga. Saya fikir pegawai kesihatan orang yg beretika dan dipandang tinggi kerana berkhidmat untuk rakyat. Sayangnya attitude menunjukkan mereka berada di kelas rendah. Sangat memalukan dan memburukkan nama baik kementerian kesihatan. Mereka patut meminta bertukar ke hospital besar di mana2 ibu negeri supaya tahap 'kelas' itu boleh diperbaiki.

Company my mom for appointment. Wating from 9am and got called at 1.15pm!! Should be before u give number do take all blood pressure, glucose, temperature etc!!! Doktor patut estimate dalam jam 8am to 1pm dia bole amik brp patients. Then, darab dgn dr yg ada. So bile register, staff ptut amik yg ptut je. So yg lain suh datang petang!!! Tlonglah provide at least 3 rooms for follow up patients. Dahlah mostly warga emas.. One room for not follow up cases! Patients katsini mostly will get angry bile tgok susunan nombor tu tak betul. So fikirlah cara lain utk panggil patients.
