We were seated in a very very cold seat, we could feel a cold draft coming in from the windows. I took forever for the waiter to place our order, then he forgot to put the order in. Both restrooms (my wife used the lady's room, I used the men's room) smelled like they had a sewage problem and they tried to cover it up with bleach. It took over an hour to get our order, and they got our order wrong and when I brought it to their attention the waiter just argued with me. I won't be going back. Back when the restaurant was Mayuri everything about it was FANTASTIC, BUT NOT ANY MORE - IT'S TERRIBLE.

First time here! Loved the Deccan Mitton Pepper Fry. That was a new flavor for us. The Hyderabad Chicken Dum Biryani has a wonder blend of spices that mildly sweet. Flavor was all the way through the chicken. Very tender. Will eat here again. Glad to see you are doing dine in! Nice atmosphere.
We ordered Paneer 65 biryani, Veg Manchurian, and 2 naans. We specifically left a note to receive Manchurian with Gravy (written in CAPs) but we received dry Manchurian with balls of the size of Eggs! Is that a Manchurian!!! The biryani was bland, no taste! And the biggest turnoff was receiving butter chicken - we are vegetarian and received butter chicken - the saving grace was that it was written on the receipt that they have shipped butter chicken and we did not have to open the box to find is ourselves. Will never order from here again!
Went on a Friday evening and amazed with what chef offered. The taste is exquisite and the chef is innovative in presenting the food. Restaurant has a rich look with great ambiance. One of the few restaurants I have been to and the only restaurant in Bothell that offers authentic Indian food.
Honestly, this place was a horrible experience. It was dirty, food took long and wasn't even that good, waiters weren't wearing masks sometimes, bathroom looks filthy, and they forgot some of our food such as the chicken 65. First of all, the table cloths has dirty stains from the last customers and even had hair on it. Then, we were patiently waiting for the food with high expectations thinking it would be good for how long it took. The waiter tried to be slick and he turned around to put his mask on when he came to us. Lastly, they didn't make our chicken 65 and said they're just going to cancel the order until we kept asking. In conclusion, DON'T GO HERE.
