My dog had been going to Bottletree for three years before we moved to California in September of 2020. I never thought I could miss a vet clinic and the lovely, kind people who work there, but I do! I adopted my dog when I was only 19 and the staff at Bottletree went above and beyond to educate me and help me care for my pup! Everyone was always so attentive, caring, and it’s the only vet my dog has EVER been happy to walk into. Thank you so much for three wonderful years, Debbie and I miss y’all so much!

My beloved pittie, Sawyer, has been dealing with so many skin issues that has left him miserable and so itchy! This year has been really rough for us but Bottletree Animal Hospital welcomed us with open arms! Dr. Garcia and everyone else were so thorough during my boy's first appointment and even went over detailed treatment plans with me! It was such a relief. You can tell that everyone at Bottletree Animal Hospital is passionate about what they do! Sawyer, who is normally really anxious at the vet, warmed up to everyone really quickly and decided they were his new best friends :) I am incredibly thankful to have found the perfect vet for us!

Although the staff was nice, if you are into breed standard/show dogs this place probably isn't for you. The vet wanted you to agree with him while forcing his personal opinions down your throat. On top of that they changed the breed of my dog(registered with 2 different kennel clubs) to whatever they felt she was even after writing down her breed and telling them verbally. You would expect veterinarian office to be more informed and less biased!

Ripped Off! I brought in my two dogs for their annual vacinnations and for one to be checked out for not feeling well. I left them for the day while I was at work. The vet called and offered the option to send the samples to the lab in order to save on cost. When I picked up my dogs at 5:00, I was presented a bill for 494 without any advance heads up. Then two days later the vet called to say he needed to run MORE tests on the one dog who wasn't feeling well. I attempted to call to get a clarification and advice but to no avail. I then decided to get a 2nd opinion at another vet and realized only one of my dogs had gotten his annual shots. I was extremely frustrated at that point. My new vet gave him his shots, ran tests, and gave me medication all for 167.00. She also walked me through the whole protocol and informed me up front of all costs. Bottletree ripped me off and clearly doesn't care!

They take the time to really hear your concerns of what is going on with your pets. The staff are all friendly and explain everything thoroughly. I am glad I found you guys!
