Excellent opticians, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else now. I have a complex prescription and feel I get the best service here. They go the extra mile in both eye testing, and fitting the finished specs. They also have a fantastic selection of fashionable frames to choose from, something for everyone.

Well organised Covid protection. Staff welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. Prompt service. Only very small minus, when I went to collect new glasses the gentleman didn’t recognise me even though he had spent quite a long time with me when choosing the new pair. Felt a bit sad as I have been going to Bottomleys since I was 7 yrs old and in the past staff always knew and greeted you by name. Love the new glasses though!
